Michael Hester | President/CEO


As the President and CEO, Mike is responsible for supervising and controlling all strategic and business aspects of the company. Mike is the first in command and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success for the executives and team members alike. 

Mike’s job duties include developing high quality business strategies and plans, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. He is responsible to lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement, while overseeing a high performance managerial team. He oversees all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission of the company. All while maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.

Mike’s prior experience as President/CEO of several companies has prepared him to lead the executive team of Skill Game USA. His innovation and foresight have poised Skill Game USA as a pioneer in the skill game industry. Alliances with other companies in the skill game sector have given the company the technology and competitive edge that will allow the company to dominate the market of skill games in Texas.

Tim McLemee | Chief Compliance Officer


Tim is the Chief Compliance Officer, as one of the most important members of the management team, Tim is primarily responsible for overseeing compliance within the organization, and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies and procedures.  


As the compliance leader and subject matter expert, Tim is responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the compliance programs throughout the organization are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations. As a retired Texas peace officer with over (22) years experience, Tim has the knowledge and skill base to effectively ensure Skill Game USA operates within all boundaries of the law.

Jim Turgeon | Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer, Jim is the senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. Jim’s duties include tracking cash flow and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. 

With many years of experience as a commercial loan officer for several banks throughout Louisiana, and later as the Chief Financial Officer of a privately-owned hospital group with oversight of (12) hospitals, Jim has the expertise, knowledge and ability to oversee the day to day financial matters of the company.

Larry Donihoo | Chief Technology Officer


As the chief technology officer, Larry is the executive in charge of the company’s technological needs as well as its research and development. Larry is the individual who examines the short- and long-term technology needs of the organization, and utilizes capital to make investments designed to help the organization reach its objectives and stay at the forefront in gaming development and deployment.  

Larry brings a wealth of knowledge developed through many years of experience in project management, implementation and oversight of new gaming technology. 

Todd Patin | Director of Sales & Marketing


Todd oversees the company’s sales and marketing programs. He is also responsible for developing strategic sales and marketing objectives. Todd establishes sales territories and quotas, manages budgets and evaluates sales performance. 

Responsibilities also include managing and developing marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support and online promotions while also creating functional strategies and specific objectives for budgets/policies/procedures to support the sales and marketing infrastructure.  

Todd’s deep knowledge of managing and developing a sales team for a Fortune 500 Company coupled with many years of overall experience, make him an asset to the team. While acting in the capacity of Dealer Principal for a Nissan car dealership franchise, Todd developed management skills second to none. His ability to effectively select, train and develop sales teams coupled with a solid work ethic and proven track record, are what give Skill Game USA the competitive edge in every market the company penetrates.
